Governing Language

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the vip baj platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and vip baj with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.
Effective Date
These Terms came into effect on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions published on this platform. Players who registered prior to this date are bound by these updated Terms from the effective date onward.

Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the vip baj platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to hold a valid vip baj account:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Age Verification
vip baj operates a mandatory age verification process. All players are required to submit valid proof of identity — including a copy of their National Identity Card (NID) — before any withdrawal request will be processed. vip baj also reserves the right to request age verification documents at account registration or at any point during a player's activity on the platform. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or over will be closed immediately and any pending winnings forfeited.
Underage Gambling

Account Registration and Security

Account Accuracy
The name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address entered during registration must match the details on your National Identity Card. Any account found to contain false or misleading registration information will be suspended pending verification and may be closed permanently at vip baj's sole discretion, with outstanding balances withheld pending investigation.
One Account Per Household
Each individual, and each residential address, is permitted to maintain only one active vip baj account. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or residential address, vip baj reserves the right to treat these as duplicate accounts and to close all but one, forfeiting any bonus funds associated with the duplicated accounts.
Account Credentials and Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vip baj username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vip baj will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected]. In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vip baj support immediately and change your password without delay.
Account Security Features
vip baj provides two-factor authentication (2FA), login attempt monitoring, and automatic session timeout as security features available to all registered players. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your account. vip baj accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or game activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. vip baj reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts where a positive real-money balance exists, provided that the account holder has been notified in advance by email. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed at vip baj's discretion.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the vip baj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). vip baj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed below. You must only use payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Accepted Payment Methods
vip baj currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at vip baj's discretion, and the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform.
Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard and bank transfer carry a minimum of ৳500. Deposits are credited to your vip baj account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes for mobile banking methods. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to clear depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during business hours (08:00 – 22:00 BST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 regardless of payment method.
Anti-Money Laundering
vip baj is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity through its platform. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit (the "source of funds" rule). vip baj may request additional documentation — including proof of income or source of funds — from any player whose transaction patterns trigger an internal review. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

Source of Funds Rule
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. vip baj cannot transfer winnings to a different account or payment provider than the one used to fund your account. This rule is applied uniformly to all players.
Section 5
Bonus and Promotional Terms
vip baj offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, and reward incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion on the Rewards page. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by vip baj — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and free spin winnings — are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount applies before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.
Eligible Games and Contribution Rates
Not all games on the vip baj platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general rule, sports bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, slots contribute 100%, and live casino games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) contribute between 10% and 25% unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Game show titles and crash games may carry varying contribution rates detailed in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
vip baj employs automated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets on both outcomes of a market), consistent exploitation of specific game mechanics, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where bonus abuse is identified, vip baj reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the player's account without prior notice.
Promotional Eligibility
Promotions offered by vip baj are intended for recreational players making genuine use of the platform. vip baj reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion, or from the rewards programme entirely, if their account activity is inconsistent with normal recreational use. Players who have previously been subject to a bonus restriction or who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are not eligible for promotional bonuses.
Changes to Promotions
vip baj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect players who have already opted in and begun wagering under the original terms. Section 6
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the vip baj platform, you agree to use the services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances in serious cases.
Prohibited Activities
- Registering more than one account on the platform under any name, address, device, or payment method.
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the platform.

Reporting Obligations

All communication with vip baj staff — whether via email, live chat, or any other channel — must be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. vip baj reserves the right to suspend access to customer support channels for players who engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward support staff, without prejudice to any other action vip baj may take under these Terms.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
vip baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate operational reason. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
- Technical security risk requiring protective account lockdown.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your vip baj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, vip baj will close the account within 48 hours and will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) back to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification being complete.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent exclusion are available. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability
